Hey everybody! This is the other stencil from @her Hey everybody! This is the other stencil from @heroarts that I got in called, "Bold Daisy" and for these 4 cards I did that distress stencil technique again BUT mixing 2 Colors at a time!, boy I LOVE the results!!! Check out how artsy these cards came out using #distressinks! I die cut a square and stamped the sentiment on it and traced the stitched pattern with my artist pen! Again, I used Hero Arts black cardstock for my borders. The sentiment is from @catherinepooler! Check out all the Pics! Happy Thursday! (Feliz Viernes!) I just got 2 new Happy Thursday! (Feliz Viernes!) I just got 2 new stencils from @heroarts, this one is called "Glorious Petal" that I made 4 cards with ink blending with #distressinks! I also finally got Pixie Spray and I honestly don't know how I've lived without it! Just spray a little on the back of the stencil and it stays in place while you ink blend! Genius! AND, I got the NEW Speckled Egg Distress Ink in too! Boy, I love its blue subtle color!!! Check out all the pics! Anyway, I had a ball using the different colors and I just stamped the sentiment right in the center! I cut my panel down to 3-3/4" x 5" so I could have a border. I used Hero Arts black cardstock and cut that to 4" x 5-1/2" then added it to the card bases! I really think that black against the design adds a nice contrast! Sentiment is from @simonsaysstamp's June card kit! Added a few clear enamel dots from @honeybeestamps! "Beautiful Friend", made a set of 7 cards and got "Beautiful Friend", made a set of 7 cards and got them done at 2 AM this morning! Actually, I worked on these cards for 2 days cause I took the project in parts meaning, I did all my stamping at once, all my die cutting at once and then all the coloring I did last night. Used my Axiaya alcohol colors on @simonsaysstamp's "Thankful Flowers" stamp set! I stamped the flowers on one side of my card panel with Simon's Fog Ink and then flipped it and stamped them on the other side. The "Beautiful Friend" I stamped on melon cardstock (also from Simon), cut it out with a square die and used fun foam to prop it up. Love how colorful the flowers came out! Crafting is really become my healing. Happy Wednesday everyone! I made 2 more mini album Happy Wednesday everyone! I made 2 more mini albums and these were even easier than the last two. These measure 6" x 6" and have 4 panels for gluing pictures and even has a pocket! I LOVE how these came out! You open the 1st flap and then lift up the 2nd flap to see the pocket.
