I couldn't get enough of @heroarts March 2020 kit I couldn't get enough of @heroarts March 2020 kit so I cut out a bunch of trees and grass to make 2 more card and I used the "thank you" sentiment from the set + @simonsaysstamp "reverse" sentiment strips for the messages that I thought worked perfectly! 1st card is a tri-fold and has the Hero Arts Window die with the scene just inside. 2nd card is a top folding card with the scene on the front and I used the teal cardstock to give the card some contrast. Don't you just LOVE the messages on these cards? T Don't you just LOVE the messages on these cards? They're Sooo true! I had this idea to make some rustic, vintage cards and I looked through my pattern scraps and papers and found a bunch so I made 4 cards in total but I have plenty more scraps left to make more! I LOVE @catherinepooler's stamp set, "Stamp of Approval" with all the keys and sentiments and I just through these messages were perfect. I further distressed these cards with my Pentel marker and Distress Oxide Vintage Photo ink. Lastly I added some gold and green gems from @pinkfreshstudio! I've always loved cooking 🍳 since I was 9 years old following my mom around the kitchen writing down all the recipes she cooked. Then, I cooked my 1sy meal for her at age 12 and after that, she didn't cook anymore! LOL! Cooking for me has always been therapeutic and I get lost in prepping, seasoning and plating! I've always thought it's a skill to have that would come in handy and that's so true now. 🙂
