Healthy meal for a lunch or dinner. Shrimp, tomatoes, red cabbage, corn kernels, avocados and limes.
I didn’t warm up to crab right away but eventually I did! There’s very few seafoods that I don’t care for.
This is a dinner combo I can go for in a minute! Potato skins topped with parsley and herbs with salmon, my favorite fish, and asparagus or any other green veggie substitute will do.
Brunch is that combo of breakfast and lunch and the dish is perfect cause we have salmon which would be lunch or later and eggs which typically is breakfast. I think whoever made up the word “brunch” couldn’t make up their mind which they liked best, breakfast or lunch. Either way, this dish looks delicious and it’s colorful with the tomatoes and bread on the side.
Looks scrumptious doesn’t it? I’ve never tried crayfish before but I think I’ll like it since I love seafood so much 🙂
As I’ve mentioned, salmon is my favorite fish and I love it grilled. I think grilling really brings the flavor in the fish to the forefront and with lemon, wow! Topped with sesame seeds and little herbs brings it to absolute perfection!
I’ve never actually had shrimp on a pizza before and I’ve not tasted starfruit either so this dish would be an adventure for me! LOL! Looks good with all that melted cheese on top.
Salmon is my absolute favorite seafood. I also love teriyaki sauce which really brings the flavor out in the fish, topped with green onions and sesame seeds completes this lovely dish.
