Limes are great for adding that extra “zest” to a dish and even the peelings can be used. It’s good in soups, chicken marinading, salads and seafood.

A healthy way to eat lunch! I’m not a black olive fan so I’d substitute that with green olives, but that’s why cooking is so fun. We can tailor our dishes with ingredients we like and there’s no wrong or right way to cook or prepare a meal!
This is such a comfort meal. Risotto cooked with pumpkin and herbs while the chicken is wrapped in Italian prosciutto and topped with parsley, my favorite herb! This is couch food as my hubby would say!

Isn’t this salad just creamy goodness?! The apples adds that sweetness mix that I love a lot. I love a perfect blend of sweet and savory.
