Healthy Greens at Lunchtime

Eating healthy doesn’t have to mean that you have to eat boring and bland foods. In fact, I don’t think you have to sacrifice flavor just to feel like you’re losing unwanted fat. It’s just about moderation. A full salad for lunch does the trick for me because it’s not too filling and yet I don’t feel hungry afterwards either.
