I didn’t warm up to crab right away but eventually I did! There’s very few seafoods that I don’t care for.
This is a dinner combo I can go for in a minute! Potato skins topped with parsley and herbs with salmon, my favorite fish, and asparagus or any other green veggie substitute will do.
I grew up eating pork chops and my mom knew how to cook them well but I quit eating them after I got out on my own and for no particular reason either. However, this dish looks really good and I couldn’t ignore my meat eater fans out there!
I love grilled chicken especially drizzled with BBQ sauce all over it. The lime adds that acidic taste to give the chicken some zest and spiciness!
Pork (stick to the ribs) tender to the bone served up with a fresh green salad.
