Healthy meal for a lunch or dinner. Shrimp, tomatoes, red cabbage, corn kernels, avocados and limes.
This smoothie is right up my alley! I love berries ~ anything sweet in a good way.
I’m not a watermelon fan at all, but I know a lot of people love it so when I saw this photo I knew I had to share it.
Mmmm… that salmon steak looks scrumptious! Top your favorite salad with it and you have a meal!
I didn’t warm up to crab right away but eventually I did! There’s very few seafoods that I don’t care for.
Croissants make some of the best paninis or just toasting them first and load them up with tuna or chicken salad. Tomatoes, lettuce and cold cuts on croissant rolls grilled with cheese is just yummy!
Nothing at all wrong with chocolate biscuits for breakfast with coffee and bananas! I say it’s a winning combination!
This is a dinner combo I can go for in a minute! Potato skins topped with parsley and herbs with salmon, my favorite fish, and asparagus or any other green veggie substitute will do.
Blackberries are sweeter than I thought as I didn’t eat a lot of them until recently. I find I love them except the seeds if I’m eating them fresh. I can only imagine what it’s like as a smoothie and I’ll have to try it in the near future.
I remember how much my mom loved nuts, she would snack on them day and night and she also loved chocolate as do I. I, however, don’t like nuts at all, go figure!
