I’ve not been good at cake decorating but I love seeing the designs artisans do using fondant and other embellishments. This flower cupcake is simply adorable!
Cranberries are one of my fav berries. As a little girl, I could eat them all day and still I love them just the same.
I grew up eating pork chops and my mom knew how to cook them well but I quit eating them after I got out on my own and for no particular reason either. However, this dish looks really good and I couldn’t ignore my meat eater fans out there!
I’ve always loved fruit and the thing is I go back to the classics as my favorites and apples are that fruit for me. I don’t know why, but I just love them both tangy and sweet. I’ve never gone apple picking before, one day I hope to cause I know they’ll have to drag me out to get me to go home!
This dip is great for an appetizer and a perfect dish for any occasion, like a party, potluck dinner or getting together with some friends to watch a game on TV. Don’t forget the nachos!
As I’ve mentioned, salmon is my favorite fish and I love it grilled. I think grilling really brings the flavor in the fish to the forefront and with lemon, wow! Topped with sesame seeds and little herbs brings it to absolute perfection!
Strawberries just belong with pancakes with maple syrup just dripping down the sides!
One of the perfect ways to cook pasta…in a creamy mushroom sauce with herbs!
I love sweet potato souffle and I don’t care what time of year it is either. I don’t wait till Thanksgiving to eat it. I can have it any time!
This dish would work for brunch too as well as lunch and it’s a healthy meal that won’t make you feel bloated in the middle of the day when you have to go back to work.
